Very Light Customs ZP

Name imbedded 1-2 module customs you can run outside your regular stack, similar to Ascencion Chamber. It would solve the "Can you include module X in program Y?" problem. Or if this would be too expensive/complicated, maybe it would be possible to make every Q module a light, short LC, just standard no name embedding.
