Skill Foundational Mastery

How do you become good at something? The Pre-Sub before narrowing down to a particular skill-focused sub that sets you up not only to get far better results with the specific skill sub, but also finely tunes the person and installs the necessary mindset for the best success long-term for mastering anything. (Maybe taking from the book, Mastery by Robert Greene) Possibly including modules like: The authenticity aspect of RoM. - Ego can trip you up eventually and reduce the desire and drive to keep learning, developing and to further refine the skill to elite level. Healing and purging of roadblocks towards becoming the best at any skill. - Whilst utilising that material as part of the creative process in a manner that only makes you better and better. Repairing the nervous system and anything that could hinder your path to mastering the skill. - physical health problems/ anxieties and being able to realise all behaviours that could hinder your progress at a later date like never taking rest or breaks to repair/ recover. Installing greatness. - What do all masters of skills have in common? What truths mindsets, perceptions and character traits run through them all? What attitudes can make someone able to learn any skill fast and become good at it as fast as humanly possible? No matter what it is.
