Ability to add tags to thread titles

I'm not sure if this is possible but it would be cool if we had the ability to add tags to thread titles. This would be useful if someone started a stack, switched it up midway through the journal and needed to update. Also if an ability exists to do a live filter by those tags in the categories. This would allow the current structure of the forum to remain the same but add some customization for the users. It seems like the user base keeps growing and I think being able to reduce the sometimes overwhelming amount of threads could lead to better forum interactions in the form of support based on similar stacks/challenges.
